On October 23, students from Shenzhen University's "Supply Chain Finance - Commercial Factoring Special Program" visited SY Holdings Group Limited's ("SY", stock code: 6069.HK) Shenzhen headquarters for a learning tour. The delegation included Associate Professor Luo Suyuan and Assistant Professor Jiang Yuan from Shenzhen University's School of Economics, Wu Tenglong, Assistant Secretary-General of Shenzhen Commercial Factoring Association, along with SY Vice Chairman Chen Renze, SY Foundation Chairperson Wu Na, and SY HR representative Lee Kaixi.

SY Vice Chairman Chen Renze extended a warm welcome to the students, while SY Foundation Chairperson Wu Na led them on an office tour. Subsequently, SY HR representative Lee Kaixi introduced SY's business development and delivered a career guidance session on "University Students' Career Planning and Interview Techniques," emphasizing the importance of strategic career roadmaps and sharing practical interview tips. This immersive experience aimed to broaden students' professional perspectives, enhance their career planning awareness, and provide firsthand exposure to corporate work environments, helping them build a stronger foundation for future employment.

As one of Shenzhen University's industry-academia partners, SY was invited to conduct specialized lectures for the factoring program. SY Asset Management Project Director Peng Jizhou served as instructor, presenting on "Asset Securitization Practices in Supply Chain Finance." His detailed explanation covered ABS structures, participants, transaction models, and qualification criteria, supplemented with real case studies to illustrate issuance processes. The session deepened students' understanding of ABS applications, followed by lively discussions. Peng highlighted the ABS market's vast potential and shared SY's industry-specific factoring ABS model developed through years of sector-focused practice.
In recent years, SY has actively leveraged its industry expertise to strengthen university partnerships. By aligning education with practical enterprise needs, SY fosters applied talent development for mutual growth. Since 2019, supported by Shenzhen Commercial Factoring Association, SY has collaborated with Shenzhen University to establish the "Factoring Elite" scholarship program. This initiative motivates students to become well-rounded professionals integrating knowledge, skills, and素养 (professionalism), while advancing educational development. SY has hosted five consecutive scholarship award ceremonies and annually provides internship opportunities for program students, contributing to talent cultivation for the supply chain finance sector.
Upholding its "people-oriented" core value, SY prioritizes talent development. Moving forward, SY will deepen collaboration with Shenzhen University across talent training, joint research, and academic exchanges. By combining strengths, SY aims to inspire students' creativity, enhance their professional competencies, and cultivate more outstanding talent to support high-quality industry employment.
