Foundation Introduction
Tianjin SY Charity Foundation is a private foundation established by SY Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 6069.HK), a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Foundation was approved as a charitable organization by the Tianjin Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in 2021.
To fulfill SY's commitment to charity in a better and more sustainable manner, the SY Charity Foundation adheres to the principles of sharing and growth and focuses on offering care and help to people in need. The Foundation is committed to promoting public welfare across three areas: Caring for Children in Need, Youth Motivation Program, and Supporting Rural Revitalization, all with the goal of contributing to the harmonious development of society.

Operational Scope of the Foundation

The Party branch of SY Charity Foundation was established in 2022 and has 5 official party members. Party branches lead public welfare undertakings with party building, moisten people's hearts with public welfare, and realize the common development of party building work and public welfare undertakings.
