On April 13, 2025, the topping-out ceremony for SY's East China Headquarters - "AI Future City" was successfully held in Wuxi Economic Development Zone. With the pouring of the final concrete, this landmark building embodying technological vision and innovation mission now stands tall, marking a crucial step in SY's development path of "Embracing AI, Connecting the Future."
SY Chairman Dong Zhifeng, Chief Strategy Officer Yuan Ye, Chief Financial Officer Wang Ying, along with department heads, employee representatives, and about 100 attendees including project construction, design, and supervision team leaders jointly participated in the ceremony to celebrate this milestone for SY's East China Headquarters - "AI Future City."
As the "innovation core" of Wuxi's "twin-core" city plan, Wuxi Economic Development Zone is committed to building itself into an eco-friendly demonstration zone, technology innovation pioneer, modern industry leader, and high-end talent hub. SY's East China Headquarters - "AI Future City" represents a major foreign-invested project recently introduced by the zone, which will significantly boost technological and industrial innovation in both the development zone and Wuxi city.
As the first "AI+industrial supply chain" digital intelligence company listed on Hong Kong's main board, SY has established system connections with over 10 major core enterprises and partnered with more than 160 financial institutions, accumulating rich industrial ecosystem data and application scenarios. Additionally, SY's self-developed "SYTong Cloud Platform" has deeply integrated with domestic AI models like DeepSeek and Qwen while receiving intelligent computing resource support from Wuxi Economic Development Zone.
At the event, the project leader stated that "AI Future City" will establish China's first AI industrial digital ecosystem base in Wuxi, the pioneering city of China's IoT development. The project will provide efficient and sufficient intelligent computing services to strongly support AI technology R&D and application iteration. It will also actively connect with government subsidy programs like "cloud vouchers" and "computing vouchers," offering precise policy interpretation and application guidance to help enterprises accelerate growth. Currently, leading listed companies in robotics, biotech, and smart manufacturing have confirmed their stay, injecting strong industrial momentum and demonstrating the ecosystem's diversity.
To further promote AI industry development, "AI Future City" will not only establish strategic investment resource platforms but also collaborate with partners to set up an AI industry fund focusing on AI chips, large models, and innovative applications. Through an "investment+incubation" model, it will attract high-growth AI enterprises while providing comprehensive supply chain financing services and industrial ecosystem support. Furthermore, the project will coordinate resources to develop AI Agents for industrial supply chains, promoting AI applications in infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and other fields, actively responding to China's "AI+" initiative.
Amid celebratory firecrackers and salutes, guests wielded golden shovels to pour the final concrete with best wishes. As the last shovel of golden sand was placed, "AI Future City" officially topped out, marking SY's accelerated advancement into the new era of "AI+industrial supply chain."
Located in the core area of Wuxi Economic Development Zone at Fengrun Road, Binhu District, adjacent to Wuxi Municipal Government and the development zone administration, SY's East China Headquarters - "AI Future City" is surrounded by Xuelang Town, IoT Innovation Center, and Taihu Bay Innovation Hub, boasting tremendous future commercial value and development potential. The 71,826-square-meter complex consists of a 33-story super high-rise tower and a 3-story commercial podium, with the main structure reaching about 150 meters high, offering panoramic views of Taihu Lake, known as the "Pearl of Jiangnan."
In construction, "AI Future City" strictly follows both China's 3-Star Green Building and LEED Platinum certification standards, employing energy-saving curtain walls, intelligent building management systems, and BIM operation platforms to create a green, high-end, modern architectural designs. The design blends natural aesthetics with technological elements, incorporating inspirations from Taihu Lake rocks and sailboat shapes. Its fluid curves resemble converging trajectories of data, computing power, and AI resources, while the tapering top points toward technological breakthroughs.
Moving forward, SY will continue advancing its platform-based, technology-driven development strategy. Leveraging the clustering effect of "AI Future City" on AI industry development, SY aims to help more SMEs grow through innovative AI technologies and applications.
